Trucker Heroes, the transportation company with a purpose-driven approach, recently underwent a branding overhaul by Marts & Mounts to better represent their brand values and target audience. Our passion for helping brands who think big to grow big is really aligned with the needs of Trucker Heroes' vision to grow their brands. Trucker Heroes wanted to create a new brand identity that will be both bold and approachable. In this case study, we'll dive into the design process and strategy that went into creating a new logo and branding for Trucker Heroes.
The transportation industry is known for its bold and iconic branding. Often showcasing strong typography and imagery that reflects a powerful brand and its impressive fleet of trucks. However, Trucker Heroes takes a different approach by creating a brand that is both bold and approachable. Trucker Heroes wanted to show that their company was not just about the logistic needs of their clients, but about the truckers who drive them. They are the true heroes of our time!
To achieve this, we started with a deep exploration of Trucker Heroes' brand values, target audience, and industry competition. From there, we developed a positioning statement and core values which would serve as a strategic foundation for the rest of the branding process.
We began with creating mood boards, which helped define the visual direction for the new branding. Marts & Mounts presented several options, each with a unique style and color palette that reflected Trucker Heroes' core values.
Next, the team worked on creating a new logo that would align theTrucker Heroes' strategic foundation we defined earlier in the process. The logo needed to be bold and memorable, while also being approachable and friendly. We created an abstract logo icon that represented the shifting gear of a truck as well as the first letters of trucker heroes the letters t and h.
To align with the previously defined branding strategy the design team had to carefully balance boldness with approachability. We achieved this by using strong typography to convey the brand's heroic character, while a warm and inviting color palette made it feel more approachable.

The guide covers all aspects of the brand, from the logo design to the color palette, ensuring that all elements are used in a cohesive manner.
